MUST have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.

MUST be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-U.S. citizen.

MUST be pursuing a declared major in an Associate degree program at Oakland Community College.

MUST NOT be receiving other educational assistance or financial aid.

Preference given to Pontiac Central High School (currently Pontiac High School) graduates.
