MUST have completed a minimum of 25 credit hours at Oakland Community College that will be counted toward eligibility when the student transfers to a four-year college or university, i.e., courses currently numbered above 1510.

MUST demonstrate scholastic achievement with a minimum grade point average of 3.25 at OCC. This GPA must be earned in credit hours that are eligible to transfer to a four-year college or university.

MUST plan to transfer to an accredited four-year college or university.

MUST be enrolled in the Liberal Arts curriculum at the Highland Lakes campus.

Award shall be used for tuition and books.
