MUST have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at Oakland Community College.

MUST be enrolled part-time or greater.

MUST be ineligible for financial aid, but demonstrate evidence of financial need. Students receiving loans are eligible.

Preference will be given to adult students working half-time or more, with family responsibilities and no employer-provided support. Please attach an explanation of your situation.

Award shall be used for tuition and other educational expenses.
