MUST have completed a minimum of 12 credit hours at Oakland Community College.

MUST have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0.

MUST be a U.S. citizen or eligible non-U.S. citizen.

MUST be enrolled in the Library Technician program at OCC.

MUST present qualities of leadership (written documentation of skills, essay, resume, or letter(s) of recommendation).

Award shall be used for tuition and books.
