Student is a senior attending Lowell High School (no residency limitation) or senior attending any public, private, charter, or home-based school and reside in the City of Lowell, Township of Lowell, or Township of Vergennes who will be a full-time undergraduate student at an accredited school. Must have financial need and a minimum 3.0 GPA. Applications are available in March by contacting the Lowell High School Student Services Office at 897-4125 and are due the 3rd Friday in March.
