CRITERIA
| Applicant must be a current high school senior who is has at least 50% Filipino heritage. Applicant must have a grade point average of at least "B" (or the equivalent)and planning to attend a four-year college or university in Fall 2006. Applicant must plan to major in engineering, computer or physical sciences (health professionals, such as doctors and nurses not included). Applicant must show potential and motivation and demonstrate financial need. Applicant must be a resident of one of the following counties: Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Merced, Monterey, Napa, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma, or Stanislaus. |
